Delin Property’s Dutch Logistics Fund has purchased the logistics property at Bunschotenweg 56-58 in Rotterdam.
The logistics property, with a total area of approximately 11,770 m², is leased to Wrist Klevenberg Shipping Center. From this location, they literally supply everything needed on board a ship, both for sea and inland shipping. The property is leased until 2028.
De Lobel & Partners – real estate experts – guided this sale on behalf of the seller, a private investor. Ploum Rotterdam Law Firm advised the seller legally in this process. The buyer was legally assisted by GT Law and technically by Arcadis.
