Dentalair new premises in Breda

Dentalair, a full-service supplier of dental equipment and products, recently signed a lease agreement with WDP for their new premises at Prinsenhil 1 in Breda.

The building, which Dentalair will occupy at the beginning of April, comprises approximately 4,640 m², divided into 3,760 m² warehouse space, 379 m² office space and 435 m² mezzanine.

The new site is located at Prinsenhil Logistics Park, a strategic hub with access to several arterial roads, such as the A16 and A27. Thanks to this location, both the ports of Rotterdam and Antwerp and the airports of Amsterdam Schiphol and Brussels are easily accessible. As a result, customers in the Benelux, Germany and Scandinavia can be served within 48 hours. The choice for Prinsenhil 1 was partly determined by the building’s sustainable and innovative features, including heat resistance and biodiversity measures. In addition, the building has energy label A+++ and BREEAM certification ‘Very Good’.
