Three new lease agreements have recently been signed at the De Leuve office building, located at Schiedamsedijk 37-53 in Rotterdam, comprising a total of more than 821 sq m of office accommodation.

Guurink Wintermans Belastingadviseurs, a long-standing tenant of the building, has signed a lease agreement for more than 400 sq m of office accommodation and will relocate from the 11th to the 10th floor. Guurink Wintermans Belastingadviseurs is a Rotterdam-based tax consultancy firm with a straightforward approach: providing clients with the best possible advice and guiding them through the complexities of the financial landscape.

TotaLite, part of Fugro, has signed a lease agreement for approximately 220 sq m on the fifth floor of the building. TotaLite has developed and markets a camera-based monitoring system that enables the condition, deformation and subsidence of infrastructure and structures to be monitored.

Gibbs Analytics Consulting B.V. has signed a lease agreement for 201 sq m on the ninth floor. Gibbs develops bespoke analytics and AI solutions for projects in logistics, marketing, sales and pricing.
