Samsung Electronics Europe Logistics B.V. has renewed the lease agreement for its Distribution Center at IABC 5301-5311 in Breda.
The DC with a surface area of over 18,000 m² warehouse and circe 1,400 m² office space, has been rented by Samsung since 2006 and is in use as a spare part center. The operation is run by Samsung SDS.
Tenant and landlord have agreed to make the DC even more sustainable by installing LED lighting and hope to continue the pleasant tenant/landlord relationship in the coming years.
