Van Krimpen B.V. has acquired an industrial complex with an adjoining development land plot located at Veerstraat 24 in Standdaarbuiten.
The transaction concerns a fully equipped industrial complex comprising approximately 12,000 sq m, situated on a site of approximately 3 hectares. The adjacent development land plot extends to approximately 1 hectare. The property is located on a small-scale business park, strategically positioned between the centre of Standdaarbuiten and the River Mark, and within close proximity to the A17 motorway.
Van Krimpen, a supplier of plastic products for the professional horticultural sector, is already established on the business park and will use this strategic acquisition to facilitate the company’s continued growth. The property was recently refurbished by the vendor and is therefore ready for immediate occupation. Furthermore, the property benefits from a substantial power supply connection.
During this transaction, Van Krimpen was advised by De Lobel & Partners – real estate experts – (commercial), Vermetten (financial) and Van Heeren Advocaten (legal). The sale was handled on behalf of the vendor by Van der Sande Bedrijfsmakelaars, in collegial cooperation with BMV Bedrijfsmakelaars, both partners of Dynamis, with legal support provided by Van Doorne.
