Intervest Offices & Warehouses (hereinafter Intervest) signs a sale-and-lease-back agreement for the head office of the North Brabant-based transport company Nouwens Transport Breda. The contemporary, sustainable logistics building, located at the Steltbeemd 3 in Breda, includes after completion of the expansion approximately 6,000 m² of warehouse, an adjoining detached high-end office building of approximately 1,000 m², as well as a very spacious outdoor area of approximately 20,000 m². The object is leased by Nouwens Transport for a long period.
