The object has a floor area of approximately 700 m² and is located in the Scheepvaartkwartier near restaurant Loos, The Harbor Club and the Royal Rowing club Oude Maas. The object has been leased to childcare ‘Het Kleine Rijk’ for a long time, but will eventually be transformed by the new owner into ‘state-of-the-art’ office space and apartments. The object was once in use as the German Consulate and has a monumental staircase.
