With the completion of the warehouse DC de Braak 1 and DC de Ruif 3, Roosendaal again has two modern logistics centres of approx. 27,500 m² and approx. 32,000 m² respectively. Interest in Roosendaal as a logistics hotspot has increased significantly in recent years, which is partly demonstrated by an average intake of 85,000 m² over the past five years.
