In the office building ‘Horizon’ on the Lage Mosten in Breda, Westpoort Vastgoed leased approximately 720 m² of office space to four new tenants. With this transaction, the building of more than 5,200 m2 has been leased in its entirety.

Horizon’ is located at a prominent location on the A16 motorway and the northern ring road of Breda. At the beginning of 2018, the current owner purchased the building empty and transformed it into a multi-tenant office building. The property now offers various facilities such as a staffed reception, coffee corner with lounge, meeting facilities and flexplaces. For parties such as PWC, ADI, Züblin, Whitevision and Regus this was the reason to choose this building.
