The distribution center under construction at Ionweg 1 in Roosendaal has been leased prior to completion.
The distribution center consisting of approx. 9,900 m² warehouse, approx. 660 m² office space and approx. 1,390 m² mezzanine floor will be built on the Majoppeveld Noord business park at a stone’s throw from the A58 freeway.
The tenant will occupy the warehouse around May 1st. With this transaction, the total development, with a floor space of over 22,000 m², has been fully leased.
