Intervest Offices & Warehouses acquires a second logistics site in Raamsdonksveer and takes up a strategic position at the airport of Eindhoven.

It concerns the purchase of the logistics complex at Zalmweg 41 in Raamsdonksveer of approximately 38,500 sq m and the logistics object Flight Forum 1800 in Eindhoven of approximately 28,500 sq m. Both properties are fully let to reputable tenants (Welzorg in Raamsdonksveer and ASML in Eindhoven).

With this investment, a logistics cluster is being achieved in Raamsdonksveer in West Brabant and, with the multimodal site at the airport in Eindhoven, the position of Intervest in the Southern Netherlands is being further expanded.”

The collective purchase price amounts to € 40,5 million (including registration fees and costs). The purchases immediately generate an annual rental income of € 2,9 million for Intervest. This acquisition represents a gross initial yield of 7,2%.

The sites are acquired collectively from Distrifonds II Nederland CV, that was represented by Profound Asset Management BV and was advised legally by Soest van Velten and fiscally by Rechtstaete during this transaction.
