De Brabantse Wal leases 620 m² office space | Gemini I | Bergen op Zoom

In office building ‘Gemini I’ at Jacob Obrechtlaan 5-7 in Bergen op Zoom, approximately 620 m² of office space was recently leased to city clinic De Brabantse Wal.

De Brabantse Wal is an outpatient clinic for cardiological and orthopaedic care, but is expected to grow into a large and independent treatment centre. At the end of this year, the outpatient clinic with as many specialisms as possible must be largely ready. This includes its own laboratory, a pharmacy and a radiology lab where ultrasounds and scans can be made.

Gemini comprises two high-quality buildings, with the focus partly on users with a medical background (Gemini I) and partly on users with a business focus (Gemini II). The complex comprises approximately 6,660 m² of office space and has its own parking garage. Various renowned companies, such as Syngenta, Traverse, Mentaal Beter, Tempo Team, Randstad and Nieland Advocatuur have already opted for this favourable location near numerous amenities, such as the city centre and the NS railway station. At the moment, approximately 2,162 m² is still available for rent.
