TreeHouse expands in office building ‘Five55’

Just before the turn of the year, TreeHouse signed an agreement for the expansion of its office space in office building ‘Five55’ on Blaak 555 in Rotterdam. The extension concerns an office space of approximately 413 m² located on the 21st floor of this iconic office tower, which also changed hands at the end of 2024.

TreeHouse is the organisation behind property platform Pararius: the number one rental property website in the Netherlands. With a team of more than 80 employees, they develop, innovate and maintain multiple platforms, targeting different audiences within the rental and owner-occupied housing market. The company currently runs eight different labels: Pararius, Huurwoningen.nl, Realstats, Pararius Office, Leadflow, Propertize and the international labels Rentaroof and Toitpourtoi.
