HighVest Capital acquires a position in Roosendaal with the purchase of a business complex on Majoppeveld Noord.

HighVest has purchased the multi-tenant business complex at Leemstraat 1 on the Majoppeveld Noord industrial estate in Roosendaal. The strategically located complex comprises 10 business units with floor areas ranging from 50 to 900 m² and has a total commercial space of approximately 3,850 m², on a plot of over 8,000 m².

With this purchase, HighVest is once again focusing on making existing real estate more sustainable by renovating the entire complex. The complex, most of which was built in the 1960s, will be upgraded with a focus on future-proofing.

The seller, a private investor, was assisted in this transaction by De Lobel en Partners – real estate experts.
