PingProperties has successfully sold the location of BOB Autowas Rotterdam IJsselmonde from its light industrial portfolio.

This strategically located site is located at Cornelisland business park, right next to the junction of the A15 and A16 motorways, ensuring excellent accessibility and visibility.

In 2019, PingProperties acquired the approximately 3,500 m² plot with the aim of developing, in close cooperation with BOB Autowas, a new state-of-the-art car wash. PingProperties financed the construction, and BOB Autowas committed with a 20-year lease agreement. The car wash, consisting of 2,812 m², opened in November 2020.

In 2023, the building underwent an extensive sustainability upgrade, including the installation of solar panels on the roof, which further increased the value and attractiveness of the property.
