RID has leased new office space in Breda

After an extensive market survey, RID (Regionaal Instituut voor Dyslexie) has leased new office space at Lage Mosten 1-11 in Breda.

The office space, with an area of 275 m², is located on the second floor of office building London. The space was recently modernised, was delivered casco plus and is now being fitted out for its intended use. The building boasts an A++ label and is located in the Westerhage office area. Its location at one of Breda’s entrances, right next to the A16 motorway and Breda/Prinsenbeek railway station, makes it a strategic location in terms of accessibility.

RID is a nationwide organisation with more than 300 branches throughout the country.

De Lobel & Partners – real estate experts, jointly with Van der Sande VanOpstal Bedrijfsmakelaars in charge of leasing this property, realised this transaction on behalf of the lessor, a private investor. Tenant was advised by The Independents.
