Van Adrighem Group has started the redevelopment of the industrial complex at George Stephensonweg 15 in Vlaardingen.

The project involves the demolition and new construction of the industrial space and the renovation of the existing office space.Upon completion, the building will have approximately 3,000 m² of modern industrial space and 1,200 m² of high-quality office space.

Completion is scheduled for the end of the first or beginning of the second quarter of 2026.

The renovated building, located on the Vergulde Hand industrial estate, will be occupied by Voscon, an all-round construction company specializing in construction work, equipment construction, machine construction, outdoor staircases, and product modifications for clients in the industrial sector.
