Van Adrighem Group and Leyten acquire historic island near Rotterdam.
The island, surrounded by a vast nature reserve, is located at Zaag 55 in Krimpen aan de Lek and is known as “De Zaag”. In total, the island comprises approximately 60,500 m² of land with water connections. De Zaag features various characteristic buildings, including a commercial and office complex, a restaurant, a former executive villa and two former staff residences. The buildings have a total floor area of approximately 11,400 m².
The buyer was advised by De Lobel & Partners – real estate experts. The transaction was carried out on behalf of the seller, a private owner, by BRIQ.
