Prologis acquires three logistics warehouses in Roosendaal.
Prologis acquired ownership of three buildings at Majoppeveld Noord business park in Roosendaal at the end of 2023. Ownership of the buildings was transferred in leased condition. This is a strategic acquisition. Prologis will further optimise the buildings and make them more sustainable.
The properties have a total area of over 36,500 m² and are located on a total ground surface of over 75,000 m².
