Letting of office building Five Twenty Two in Capelle aan den IJssel proceeds smoothly.

At the end of September, Axis Communications signed a lease agreement for over 850 m² of office space on the 3rd floor of office building Five Twenty Two at 522 Fascinatio Boulevard in Capelle aan den IJssel. Recently, a lease agreement was already signed with an accountant for over 300 sq m and several office units were let on the ground and first floor of the building.

Office building Five Twenty Two, which has an A++ energy label, is located on the border of Brainpark III and the New Rivium. The building distinguishes itself in the area through its quality level and the facilities present in the building, such as a staffed reception area, social heart where tenants can meet informally, quiet workplaces, meeting rooms and a terrace, all for communal use. This also played a role in Axis Communications’ choice of this building.

Axis Communications is a Swedish manufacturer of network cameras for physical security and video surveillance industries. ‘We create a smarter and safer world by developing network solutions that provide insights to improve security and new ways of doing business’.

Currently, 1 floor, with an area of approximately 1,100 m², is still available.

The landlord was advised in the transaction by De Lobel & Partners – real estate experts – who together with Ooms Makelaars Bedrijfshuisvesting are responsible for letting the property. Tenant Axis Communications was advised by Marble Real Estate  in association with Qwinq.
