Let 2 warehouse units Prinsenhil Logistics Park

WDP Nederland N.V. leases 2 of the 3 industrial units with offices from the first phase of its Prinsenhil Logistics Park project in Breda.
Eikdonk 1 has been let to PHC Europe and Eikdonk 3 has been let to Elka Pieterman Holland B.V. This project which as already mentioned by BN DeStem ‘Embraces the climate’, was one of the high-profile examples at the Dilas event ‘Discover the beauty of logistics real estate’ last week. This year, WDP – Warehouses with brains, together with Wijnen Bouwgroep, will realise approximately 16,675m² of lettable floor area, 73% of which has now been let, at De Krogten industrial estate in Breda. This will be followed next year by a second construction phase with 9,124 m² of available floor area, divided over two business premises. The sustainable project is characterised by combining environmentally-friendly architecture with an exceptionally nature-inclusive outdoor area, which is unprecedented on an existing industrial estate in the Netherlands. WDP was assisted in this by Convex Architectenbureau, Stijlgroep Landschapsarchitectuur and Ecologisch Adviesbureau NatuurInclusief.
For leasing, WDP was assisted by De Lobel & Partners – real estate experts – and EQ Real Estate – the professionals in commercial real estate. Elka Pieterman was assisted by Van Heeren Advocatuur, tenancy law and real estate.
