On behalf of our client, we have mediated in the letting of the newly built development at Treeport business park in Breda. From 1 October 2023, a locally active logistics service provider will occupy a warehouse of over 11,000 m² to expand its existing activities.

The new location was strategically chosen for its favourable location in relation to its current sites and excellent accessibility. Business park Treeport is a stone’s throw from the main highways and offers direct access to the ports of Antwerp and Rotterdam. With the lease of this spacious facility, the new tenant is well positioned to further expand their services and meet the growing demand for logistics solutions in the region.
