We are proud to have supported our client Prologis in concluding a multi-year lease agreement for “Prologis Park Moerdijk DC3” of approximately 14,500 m² with an international logistics service provider.
This came immediately after Prologis modernised the entire building and was able to welcome the new lessee.
This collaboration once again demonstrates the strength of our partnership and the confidence in our ability to realise long-term value.
