Dycore has signed a long-term lease for approximately 1,260 m² of office space in the America Tower, located at Wilhelminakanaal Zuid 110 in Oosterhout.

The America Tower is an imposing structure with stylish and distinctive architecture. With over 6,040 m² of office space and a prominent, highly visible location along the A27, the America Tower is one of the region’s most distinctive and recognisable office buildings. The leased space includes 35 on-site parking spaces (parking ratio 1:36).

Dycore, founded in 1975, is a manufacturer and supplier of precast concrete system floors. With a wide range of products, Dycore offers complete solutions for floor slabs for both residential and non-residential construction, from basement decks and ground floors to ramps, upper floors or roofs. Dycore invests heavily in making concrete production more sustainable and is also a signatory to the Concrete Agreement (use of recycled concrete aggregate, 100% green electricity, CO₂ reduction programmes and CSC sustainability certification).
