In office building Gemini II, at Jacob Obrechtlaan 5-7 in Bergen op Zoom, approximately 620 m² of office space with 12 parking spaces has been leased to AQTE notaries.

AQTE notaries was created by the merger of DLB notaries and H.J.N. Bakker notaries’ office, both already established in Bergen op Zoom. The move is a great start to the cooperation between the two offices and contributes to the integration process they are embarking on. This building was deliberately chosen because of its appearance, the possibility of accommodating the organisation on a single floor, its location a stone’s throw from the NS railway station and the city centre, and its quick accessibility from the motorways.
