Damen Shipyards recently signed a long-term lease agreement with Deltabridge for a new, custom-built warehouse, in Schelluinen, the Netherlands.
With an area of approximately 13,000 sq m, this warehouse will play an essential role in the global storage and distribution of supplies for Damen Shipyards’ various shipyards worldwide.

Located on the Schelluinen-West industrial estate at Griendweg 64 in Schelluinen, a modern and high-quality distribution centre will be built by Deltabrug Beheer. This new location is strategically positioned near the Damen Shipyards head office to ensure optimum operational efficiency and synergy between Damen Shipyards’ administrative and logistics activities.
The realisation of this new warehouse underlines Damen Shipyards’ continuous growth and development as a leading player in the maritime industry. The first pile was driven on Wednesday 17 April, officially starting the construction of the warehouse. The warehouse will be completed in mid-February 2025.
