Leased logistics complex | Paardebijsters 4 | Breda

The logistics complex at Paardebijsters 4 in Breda was recently successfully let through an off-market transaction. The new user has signed a long-term lease for the building from which it will expand its activities in the field of postal and parcel services for the Benelux.

The leased property is a large-scale complex with a total surface area of over 15,000 m² and is located at Moleneind-Oost business park. The tenant has chosen this location for reasons including its excellent accessibility, as the complex is located a few minutes from the A27 motorway slip road.

The complex is part of the Urban Logistics Fund of one of Profound Investment Management’s international clients for whom it provides investment, asset and fund management activities. The platform has been active since 2016 and has a focus on Pan-European logistics properties close to larger urban areas.
