WDP has signed a long-term lease agreement with Farmerli B.V. for a state-of-the-art warehouse with a surface area of approximately 4,558 m² at Prinsenhil Logistics Park in Breda.

Farmerli B.V. moved in on 1 December and will now be able to further expand its business activities in the Netherlands. This lease transaction means that Prinsenhil Logistics Park Breda is now fully let!

The lessee, Farmerli B.V., part of KX Food N.V., is a leading importer, exporter and supplier of fresh ginger. By combining cultivation in China with distribution via Belgium and the Netherlands, the company has a strong position in the European ginger market.
