The Leuve Tower, located more or less at the entrance to the lively Witte de Withstraat in the heart of Rotterdam, remains in constant flux.

With its iconic appearance and central location, this striking office building of over 6,900 m² has been attracting both established names and growing companies for years.

Wave International signed a new lease for 402 m² of office space on the 13th floor. BuurtzorgT signed a lease for an office unit of approximately 50 m² on the second floor on the Schilderstraat side. In addition, two existing leases, together accounting for 1,000 m², have been extended on a short-term basis.

A renovated office space of approximately 225 m² on the 5th floor is available immediately. This unit has a fantastic view of the Maritiem Museum and the Leuvehaven. Office space will become available on the 9th and 10th floors in mid-2026.

De Lobel Partners – real estate experts advised the landlord on the lease and lease renewals. Wave International was advised by Vastgoed Intervisie on the conclusion of the new lease agreement.
