Lease extension | Curio | Trivium Etten-Leur

A new lease was recently signed with Curio in the Trivium complex at Trivium 74 in Etten-Leur.

It concerns an extension for approx. 2,750 sq.m. office space with 102 parking spaces. The approximately 13,200 m² complex is situated at a prominent location along the A58 motorway and offers various services and facilities, including a manned reception desk, meeting centre including auditorium, restaurant and a hotel equipped with a wellness centre. The complex also offers generous parking facilities. After letting to Curio, some office floors are still available from 270 sqm.

Curio is the vocational training provider in West Brabant where pupils and students can grow throughout their lives. Curio provides secondary and senior secondary vocational education at 55 different locations. Various services, including from the Trivium, support Curio’s school locations.

In this extension, Curio was advised by De Lobel & Partners – real estate experts. Landlord – Livinc Healthcare Etten-Leur B.V. was advised by Rosewood Real Estate as investment manager and DHVM Vastgoedmanagement who also takes care of the property and asset management of the building.
