As of 1 October 2024, an internationally operating logistics service provider has occupied the warehouse at Klompenhoefke 3 in Oud-Gastel. The warehouse of over 43,000 m² is located at business park Borchwerf II in Oud-Gastel and is very close to the access to the A17 (Roosendaal – Moerdijk) and the A58 (Roosendaal – Breda). The lessee will use the space to expand its already existing activities in the Netherlands. Due to the successful actions of the leasing team, the new lessee moved into the building immediately after the previous lessee left, leaving the lessor with no vacancy. This transaction underlines the still strong fundamentals and the strong continuing demand for logistics space in the (West) Brabant region.
