Following a market survey, AK Steel International has leased approximately 650 m² of office space in office building Frankfurt at Lage Mosten 13-23 in Breda.

The leased property includes 16 parking spaces.

AK Steel International is the European subsidiary of Cleveland-Cliffs Inc, headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, USA. Since its inception, AK Steel International has been marketing special steel products, such as ARMCO Pure Iron and Premium Stainless Steels, for special applications including in the oil & gas, automotive, medical and aircraft industries.

AK Steel International was advised in this transaction by De Lobel & Partners – real estate experts. Office building Frankfurt is owned by Summa Vastgoed. Summa is an investment company. Besides buying, leasing and (re)developing real estate, they participate in several promising projects.
