Office building ‘Gemini’ in Bergen op Zoom welcomes 2 new lessees.

The ‘Gemini’ office building, located at Jacob Obrechtlaan 5-7 in Bergen op Zoom, has recently welcomed 2 new lessees for a total area of approximately 887 m².

MH Poly Consultants & Engineers, a company specialising in Environment & Space, Hydraulic Engineering & Infra and Industry & Constructions, will rent 620 m² of space on the fourth floor of building ‘Gemini I’ from 1 October 2024. EchtNederlands, a company providing language courses, signed the lease for 267 m² on the ground floor in ‘Gemini II’ this month.

There has been healthy interest in the Gemini office building in recent years. This is partly due to the appearance of the building and its strategic location near Bergen op Zoom city centre and the NS railway station. The focus for the coming period will be on making the building more sustainable. The cooling machines will be replaced by heat pumps, which will also largely heat the building. In addition, the air handling units will undergo an overhaul and the fans will be replaced by more energy-efficient IE6 plug fans.
