In early 2023, the FiveTwentyTwo office building at 522 Fascinatio Boulevard in Capelle aan den IJssel was acquired by ComfortZone Offices with over 3,000 m² of vacant space.

Axis Communications, Vigilate and Primaned already signed long-term leases in 2023. Recently, the final leases were also signed with W.T. Group (approx. 850 sqm) and The Audit Generation (approximately 175 sqm), bringing the building to full occupancy over a year later.

Office building FiveTwentyTwo, located on the border of Brainpark III and the Nieuwe Rivium, has been thoroughly renovated in the past year and is therefore ready for a sustainable future. The building has an A+++ energy label and stands out in the area because of its quality level and the facilities present in the building.
