Mileway welcomes Budgetisolatie as a new lessee at Stepvelden 14 in Roosendaal.

On behalf of the landlord Mileway, we have secured a long-term lease for a logistics space of approximately 6,502 m² at the ‘Borchwerf’ business park in Roosendaal. The tenant will move in on 1 August 2026, enabling it to continue to meet the organisation’s future growth expectations.
Budgetisolatieshop was founded in response to a clear market demand for high-quality insulation materials at a competitive price. The organisation started by selling B-grade insulation material and has since developed into a supplier offering a complete range for virtually every insulation application. With a team of over 30 employees, Budgetisolatieshop supports customers on a daily basis with expert advice and practical solutions for a wide range of insulation issues.
