Batenburg Energietechniek B.V. recently signed a temporary lease agreement for approximately 766 m² of office space located on the 5th floor of the office building ‘Riverside Offices III’ located at Rivium Promenade 134 – 160 in Capelle aan den IJssel, as well as 25 parking spaces in the underground car park.

This is a temporary contract because the existing location will undergo a thorough renovation in the near future. This major modernisation focuses on creating sustainable, future-proof and high-quality accommodation, with comfort, energy savings and modern facilities at its core.
