Sold | Plot of 38,000 m² | DHL supply chain
DHL Supply Chain has recently acquired a plot of over 38,000 m² located at Estlandsestraat 6 in Zutphen, on the ‘De Mars’ industrial estate.
The buildings previously on the site, which have already been demolished, were formerly used for steel storage and processing. This strategic acquisition enables DHL to further expand its logistics capacity in the region and optimize its services for customers in, among others, the eastern Netherlands.
The seller, Deltabrug, was advised in this transaction by De Lobel & Partners – real estate experts (commercial), YUR lawyers (legal), and Hoogesteger & Boerman (tax). DHL Supply Chain was advised by CMS (legal) during this process.
