CAN-PACK Nederland B.V. has acquired the industrial property at Speltdijk 8 in Helmond through a sale & lease back transaction.

The complex, located on a plot of over 14,000 m², consists of industrial space, office space and related functions and has a total area of approximately 7,825 m².

CAN-PACK, leading manufacturer of beverage packaging, has a can production plant at this location and owns the adjacent plots of land. This is a strategic purchase. Seller is Vescom which has been renting the present property since the transfer of ownership.

The buyer was advised in this matter by De Lobel & Partners – real estate experts (commercial), Van Diepen Van der Kroef (legal) and Conrato (general/technical/construction). The transfer was handled by Mark Wachters notaries. Seller was legally assisted by Taylor Wessing.
