Prijs Express B.V., a full service supplier of takeaway prize issuance for a.o. a well-known Dutch Lottery, has signed a lease agreement for a new location at Minervum 7310 in Breda. It concerns 1,925 m² of industrial space and 554 m² of office space.

The location is on business park Hoogeind, a business park defined by representative business properties. It is located at a strategic junction on the south-eastern side of Breda with access to various arterial roads, such as the A27 (Breda/Utrecht). We currently still have approximately 380 m² to approximately 760 m² of office space available for rent in this property.
