On the 3rd floor of the Leuvetoren, over 200 sq m of office space was leased to Spherical Systems.
A direct lease agreement was also concluded between the lessor and Inspire Real Estate. They thereby extended the lease term and expanded the leased floor area on the 5th floor to approximately 180 sqm.
Spherical Systems is active in the aerospace industry. Inspire Real Estate is a property developer focusing mainly on inner-city developments. Its specialities are (monumental) redevelopment of vacant buildings and making buildings more sustainable.
