Fortum extended the lease for office space

Fortum Energy Holding B.V. has recently extended the lease for its office space in Horizon building at Lage Mosten 55 in Breda.

Fortum is a Nordic energy company. They are one of the cleanest energy producers in Europe and their actions are guided by their ambitious environmental goals. Fortum reliably generates and delivers clean energy and helps industries decarbonise and grow their processes. The core business in the Nordic countries consists of efficient, CO2-free energy generation and reliable supply of electricity and district heat to private and business customers.

The extension concerns approximately 358 m² of office space and around 7 parking spaces. The quality of the building, with a catering facility on the ground floor, as well as the good accessibility of the place from Antwerp and the Randstad, contributed to the decision to stay.
