New lease | Alfa Laval | Breda

Following a market survey, Alfa Laval has decided to enter into a new lease for the premises located at Baarschot 2 in Breda.

Once again Breda has proven to be an excellent location to adequately serve the customers within the Benelux, which has led to this decision. The property, consisting of approximately 2,637 m² of office space, approximately 1,193 m² of warehouse space with mezzanine and 95 parking spaces, has been in use by Alfa Laval since 2005. The property has energy label A++.
