Leased | Warehouse | Treeport Breda/Rijsbergen

On behalf of our client Poppelaars Properties B.V., we mediated in the letting of the new-build development at Treeport business park in Breda/Rijsbergen.

As of 1 April 2024, Kennis Transport & Logistics will occupy a warehouse of over 10,550 m² to expand its existing activities. With the letting of this warehouse located at Treeport 301, the total development of over 33,000 m² has been fully let.

Kennis Transport & Logistics has its roots in the municipality of Zundert, where it started transporting fruit and vegetables in the region over 90 years ago. Over the years Kennis has grown into a full-service logistics service provider with transport shipments throughout Europe and over 45,000 m² of storage space on the Dutch/Belgian border. The new location was therefore strategically chosen because of its favourable location in relation to its current sites. Treeport business park is a stone’s throw from the major A16, A58 and A27 motorways and offers direct access to the ports of Antwerp and Rotterdam. With the lease of this spacious facility, Kennis Transport & Logistics is well positioned to further optimise their ‘First Class’ services in the coming years.
