On behalf of Tristan Capital Partners https://www.tristancap.com/ and ARC Real Estate Partners https://arc-re.com/, real estate advisors JLL, DLP and Savills have leased a logistics complex located at Dirk Hartogweg 8 in Venlo to Nunner Logistics B.V. for a long period of time.
The leased property is a large-scale logistics complex, consisting of 28,901 m² of warehouse space. The complex is located on the Trade Port business park in Venlo, near the A67 and A73 motorways, and therefore has excellent accessibility.
