Patricia Miltenburg
Patricia graduated from the Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences (HES) in Rotterdam in 2000, specialising in Management, Economy and Law. After graduation, she started her career at DTZ Zadelhoff, now Cushman&Wakefield, in the West-Brabant region. The last 10 years she works in the logistics department. In the 17 years since, she has gained extensive experience in commercial real estate, and now she can rightly call herself an all-round real estate advisor.
In recent years, Patricia has focused especially on Logistics Real Estate. In her last position as Associate Director within the logistics team she was involved in numerous large-scale transactions in the south-western part of the Netherlands.
Her tasks included acquiring orders and establishing new contacts, as well as initiating developments and supervising transactions. Patricia is accustomed to working with corporate clients, Dutch and international investors and developers, as well as major private investors.

I might come across as being a bit modest, but I am always alert and on the lookout for opportunities. By finding connections and easily linking information, I manage to get good results quickly.”
