Project Horizon in Rotterdam has been sold. The industrial site, known as Verolme Boulevard, has been sold by a joint venture of Havensteder and Dura Vermeer to the Van Adrighem Group.

The Verolme Boulevard comprises approximately 145,000 m² divided into twenty fully owned plots of land located directly on the Nieuwe Maas river and approximately 40,000 m² of water in the form of a temporary right of long lease.

Verolme Boulevard has a direct connection to the water via a slip-in harbour and has more than one kilometre of quay on the Nieuwe Maas. Furthermore, the site contains heavy industrial buildings with a fully paved boot yard. Verolme Boulevard is almost fully let to a mix of more than 30 maritime-oriented or industrial tenants.
