Intex Trading buys business complex in Roosendaal.
Intex Trading recently acquired ownership of the business premises at Ettenseweg 48 and 54 in Roosendaal. Ownership of the buildings was transferred in leased condition. This was a strategic purchase in order to strengthen the ownership position and enable future expansion of the business activities. The properties have a total floor area of over 8,500 m² of office and industrial space and are located on a plot with an area of approximately 26,000 m².
