In the 1950s, office building ‘De Leuve’ made a big impression due to its height of 53 metres and its 14 floors. With its typical 1950s appearance and recognisable location, it is still a very striking building.

Centrally located and easily accessible

The office building is located just outside Rotterdam’s Central Business District and is characterised by the presence of numerous facilities and ‘hotspots’ in the immediate vicinity. The Schiedamsedijk crosses the Westblaak, one of the main traffic arteries of Rotterdam, and is an extension of the Coolsingel. This central location ensures excellent accessibility.

The slip roads and exits of Rotterdam’s ring road (A4/A15/A16/A20), with connections to Rotterdam-The Hague Airport, The Hague, Utrecht and Antwerp, are only a few minutes away by car. Rotterdam South is also easily accessible via the Erasmus Bridge or the Maas Tunnel.

Central Station with all its public transport facilities is within walking distance. In addition, the Leuvehaven and Beurs metro stations are practically at the door, as are the stops for the tram and bus. The starting point for the water taxi and the fast ferry is within walking distance.

Parking is available on the public road in the area.  There are also several parking garages where you can park by subscription.
