De Lobel & Partners is a boutique advisory firm specialized in commercial real estate, with a strong focus on offices and logistics & industrial properties. From our offices in Breda and Rotterdam, we advise investors, developers, and end users on the leasing and sale, as well as the acquisition and disposal, of commercial real estate. Due to the continued growth of our organization, we are looking for a commercially talented real estate advisor who wants to contribute to the further expansion of our portfolio and our firm.
What will you do?
As a Commercial Real Estate Advisor at De Lobel & Partners, you will be commercially active from day one and develop into an independently operating advisor. Where needed, you will be supported by an experienced and close-knit team. You will independently build your own client portfolio, ranging from (local) entrepreneurs to internationally operating organizations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Client contact through active acquisition: calling prospects, scheduling appointments, maintaining and expanding relationships
- Managing leasing and sales processes from A to Z
- Advising tenants, investors, developers, and other professional parties
- Identifying and capitalizing on commercial opportunities in the market
- Negotiating and successfully closing transactions
- Independently planning, following up, and working accurately from an administrative perspective
Your agenda will be busy: you will be on the road frequently and interact daily with entrepreneurs and decision-makers. You will not be working alone; you will be part of a collegial team of 10 passionate professionals, where sharing knowledge and achieving results together comes naturally.

You are someone who enjoys networking, taking initiative, following through, and deriving satisfaction from commercial success.
In addition, you recognize yourself in the following profile:
- Preferably 2–5 years of experience in a commercial (real estate) role
- Affinity with offices and/or logistics real estate (vacancies are available in both areas)
- A strong commercial drive and experience working with targets
- Positive energy, perseverance, and a good sense of humor
- Independent, proactive, and well-organized
- Driver’s license B
