Former Certitudo fund sells two Sligro distribution facilities in Goes and Gorinchem to Cortona Investments.
A group of private investors, united in a real estate fund initiated by Certitudo in 2004, has successfully completed the sale of two industrial properties located at Jenny Weijermanweg 22 in Goes and Techniekweg 8 in Gorinchem to Cortona Investments B.V.
The properties in Goes and Gorinchem comprise a total lettable floor area of approximately 4,147 sq m GLA and 4,465 sq m GLA respectively, and are held freehold (not subject to ground lease).
The Goes property is situated on the De Poel business park, close to the A58 motorway, providing excellent connections to Zeeuws-Vlaanderen and the Randstad region. The Gorinchem property is located on a business park near the central railway station, within close proximity to the A15 and A27 motorways, offering strong connectivity to the Randstad and the Port of Rotterdam.
Both properties operate as large-scale cash & carry facilities and are fully let to Sligro Food Group Nederland B.V., part of Sligro Food Group N.V., a leading Dutch foodservice wholesaler and market leader in the supply of food and non-food products to the hospitality and catering sectors.
The vendor was advised by Cushman & Wakefield (commercial) and LXA Advocaten (legal). The purchaser was advised by De Lobel & Partners – real estate experts (commercial), CBRE (technical), Winston Taylor (legal) and HMK Notarissen (notarial/legal).
